Michael Roy brings more than 20 years of hands-on business ownership and operational leadership to First Choice Business Brokers.

As an entrepreneur, he built a specialty services company from a garage startup into a multi-million-dollar enterprise serving major theme park clients before successfully selling the business. Having personally navigated the challenges of growth, scaling, and exit, Michael understands what creates real enterprise value.

He works closely with business owners to strengthen operations, improve profitability, and position companies for a successful transition. His focus is helping sellers go to market prepared, structured, and confident.

In addition to his brokerage role, Michael is the founder of Roy Consulting, where he advises business owners on operational improvement and long-term value creation. This dual perspective allows him to identify both opportunities and risks before a business ever reaches the market.
